This is not a professional or friendly place for pediatric dentistry as the staff ridicules the patients dental visit with other staff while the patient is present.this happened more than once and caused embarrassment to my family.

Will not ever take my child to another dentist as long as they’re in pediatrics, and we’ll push their age as long as we can! I’ve seen several dentists as a child, and never wanted those experiences for my children. I went on the hunt and found numerous positive reviews about Dr. grooms.

We are going on three years with him now, and my boys won’t let anyone else touch their teeth. They even beg to go to the dentist to have their teeth pulled! Yes they’ve had teeth pulled by him, yes they’ve had shots & fillings, and yes they still love their dentist very much! 😅 If you are looking for a pediatric dentist, look no further because this is seriously the best place for kids! #notsponsored #notarelative #notaclosefriend We just really love Dr. Grooms and his whole family of staff that much!

We have been going here for about 13 years or more and with in the past year the staff at the front desk are very rude unprofessional. My son was having a procedure with laughing gas and when called to see that my step daughter could take him and be there with him until I got there 20 minutes later. I was told yes that would be no problem and he would still get full treatment. Only to arrive and have step daughter tell me he couldn’t get the laughing gas cause I was not there and the girl was rude.

Then for my son cleaning appointment we missed it only due to the fact I recently had surgery and my mind forgets a lot since. I’m not back up to part but when called to advise and reschedule 15 min after his appointment time I am told that they will reschedule it if he doesn’t show again then I will need to find him another dentist. WOW
