Truck driver here. Wisdom tooth broke over the road, called Alicia dental, and they took me in 10 minutes later! Dr.Neal is the reason I will go back to that dentist anytime, for any reason. Truly blessed to have men like that in the industry. Thank you all so much. The worst pain of the whole thing was the pinch from the Novacaine. Will be back to fix capped tooth. Much thanks!!

This place is just an establishment takes advantage of gullible people, particularly from other countries. The diagnosis are questionable at best. You have a pain anywhere? Injection. You think it's something other than what they are telling you? You cant challenge it. Service is sloppy and unprofessional. Note how most of the other reviews dont even have a small statement about their experience.

So the initial consultation was great the dentist I had that day explained everything. I had to schedule a appointment for my cleaning and some fillings to be placed. I spoke with them about if my insurance and did not cover the cost how payment was suppose to work. They told me I could make a payment plan. I took time off of work to get the work done. I get inside to find out that I have to pay some money out of pocket which I expected but not for them to ask for it as soon as they sat me in the chair! I have never had any dental office ask me for payment up front especially since I have excellent dental insurance.

It just seemed pretty odd. I felt as if things were off and they were taking money that may not be owed. Then I find out the office manager I spoke with is not there today. So they wouldn't authorize any work without payment. So here I am with no resolution and still in pain. .

. . . Very upset and sorry I had already recommended people to come here because the first dentist was so nice.
