Dr. Allen is fabulous as usual. She is great at what she does and very knowledgeable. Great bed side manners as well. There was a new hygienist named Regina who cleaned my teeth. I was a bit reluctant because I only prefer Dr Allen to clean my teeth but Regina was great and very thorough. I appreciate both of them. Wonderful work!

I always appreciate the care and compassion that Dr Allen and her team has extended to me. I feel so confident after my visits. I know I made the right choice in choosing this dental practice.

I love that Dr Allen takes her time, and patience to listen to, and explain everything to me, making sure I understand the procedure. I'm VERY HAPPY with my implants! I've recommended a friend, who brought her teenage kids, and they were very satisfied after their visit.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dentist. I went there with a chipped filling, no pain or sensitivity at all. They did an examination on me, their computer system kept going in and out making the appointment extremely long. The dentist came in and tried replacing almost all of my fillings and put a crown on the tooth I had chipped, surely almost 2000 dollars worth of work. I had just seen a dentist 9 months prior and everything was fine. When I pushed back, she gave me attitude and said someone will come discuss your options.

I waited in the room another 15 minutes, nearly 2 hours this appointment had taken. I had to get back to work. When I went to leave I told the front desk clerk to call me with the options because I had to leave. They never called me! Finally I called back, I told the person that answered if they can't to the work please send my records. The lady said no! I want to schedule you for a cleaning then scheduled me for a cleaning to discuss options. THEN, the dentist called me back saying yes, we can send records.

So, I asked so does this mean you cannot help me with my emergency chipped filling? She said yes go find someone else to do your work! This is so unprofessional it is insane, they made me wait with my records knowing they would never see me. Did she get mad at me because I did not want to replace all of my fillings? and surely you reading might think that I must have been rude to her or raised my voice to her, but no! Do yourself a favor and go to another dentist. This was such a waste of my time and a bad experience. This is the first negative review I have ever done in my life, that should show you how bad this was.

Dr. Allen and her hygienist are caring and kind and want you to leave happy. Stephanie, another hygienist, is excellent and always a pleasure to see. This is a woman owned and woman run business that I trust and am happy to go to. They have been through a lot with me, always work with me, and care about my experience.
