ABSOLUTELY the BEST dental experience that I’ve had in my ENTIRE life!!! The most feared medical professional for most people is the dentist; but I have a totally different outlook now. I was made to feel EXTREMELY comfortable and was talked through the entire process step by step. It was EFFORTLESS!!!!

I appreciate today’s service. I like my new dentist. The consultation was very informative and she listen to my need and history to provide optimum service. The cleaning went well, just expecting a bit more. Fluoride brushing, flossing etc.. overall it went well. Thank you

As a mental health professional, I strongly advise against visiting this facility. They are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I arrived for my appointment as a new patient at 1:30 PM, filled out the required new patient information form, and provided the receptionist with my identification and insurance details. I had already given the same information when scheduling the appointment the day prior. After waiting in the lobby for 43 minutes, I approached the front desk to ask for my insurance card and ID.

The receptionist then informed me she was on the phone with the insurance company, presumably verifying my coverage. This raises the question: why ask for this information ahead of time if it hasn't been verified? Waiting for confirmation when my appointment was supposed to start at 1:30 is frustrating. Additionally, there seemed to be a complete lack of respect for patients' time, as I was not informed about any delays. As I tried to check in, other patients were allowed to walk in front of me, which felt very inappropriate, so I decided to leave. To top it off, when I asked the receptionist for my new patient information form before canceling my appointment, she offered to "shred it" to me, to which I firmly declined, preferring to handle it myself due to the evident disregard for patient care in the office.

She then mistakenly gave me someone else's form with all their personal information, indicating she hadn't even confirmed I was the right patient. This not only shows a lack of professionalism but also raises concerns about HIPAA violations. In summary, I urge you not to go here unless absolutely necessary. This experience was not only disappointing but also a significant waste of my time.

From the first visit to the last everyone was amazing. The service and quality of work was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Due to illness, I wasn't very happy with my smile and the fact that I couldn't eat like I wanted was a major issue. But once I was handed the mirror I saw something very familiar, my smile was back bigger and brighter.. I really would recommend Care First Dental.
