The place has the nicest staff ever, very helpful, well accommodating my needs. All the dentists , and there are three of them, are professional doing their job. The place is not super expensive in comparison to what I heard from different people about other offices, they also accepted my insurance. Thank you Alliance dental and see you in June for the cleaning and check up.

I don’t know where to begin, This is the best dental office I've ever been to!!! Everyone is so friendly, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. I get really nervous when it comes my teeth due to past experiences but I always feel comfortable and well cared for here at Alliance Dental Center.

I’ve been coming to this dental office since 2021, but after today, I will never return and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially families. Back in 2021, I had two damaged teeth. crowns were placed, but one was done poorly with visible discoloration. When I asked for it to be fixed, I was met with excuses. They only agreed to redo it after I insisted, which felt like avoiding responsibility. Still, I gave them another chance and even recommended them to others. But today was my last straw. My mom had a cleaning appointment and hadn’t filled out her updated forms. As soon as we walked in, the man at the front desk already seemed annoyed. I was with my sister and baby brother who was a bit fussy. While trying to help with the forms, I made a mistake and politely asked if I could redo them. He said yes then told me to step outside because the baby’s crying was bothering and disturbing him while he made phone calls. That was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. We’ve been loyal patients for years and never caused issues. There’s no sign saying kids or babies aren’t allowed, and asking us to step outside over a normal baby cry was insulting.
If you need silence, maybe make calls in a private room, It’s not fair for patients to be made uncomfortable just because the office isn’t set up to handle common situations like a crying baby My mom was understandably upset, especially after hearing we were told to leave. When she asked to speak with someone and requested a translator, instead of trying to make it right, she was told not to come back and that babies “don’t belong in a dentist office. ” Coming from someone who claims to have kids of their own, that’s pretty disappointing. This review isn’t for them it’s for other families. If you have small children, think twice before coming here unless you’re okay being treated like an inconvenience. Update: I’d like to respond to the message I received from the office. Let’s be clear my sister was calmly seated and well behaved . The baby was briefly fussy, not screaming, and there were no other patients around at the time. The only reason I struggled with both was because of the energy your front desk gave off from the start. If the environment had felt calm and comfortable not someone being so mad over us forgetting to fill them out even tho we apologized and took accountability for it, I would’ve been able to settle the baby and fill out the forms. Instead, I was met with attitude right away. Also, just because I’m young doesn’t mean I’m not capable of caring for my siblings. I was happy to help my mom, and it’s disappointing to see you try to shame her for having a strong support system. shes done everything for me so me doing something that would take less than an hour I had no issue with that! Yes, your staff member did say, “Babies and children do not belong in a dentist office. ” You can try to walk it back now, but those were his words.
Don’t claim your practice is “welcoming” while denying what was said to our faces. And since you brought up nail salons funny enough, I’m a licensed nail tech with my own storefront business, built from the ground up. So when it comes to respect and policies, trust that my mom and I understand both very well. As for my crowns yes, they were fixed for free. But only after I pushed back. It wasn’t a kind favor. It was fixing what should’ve been done right the first time. And let’s not forget, your own staff apologized to my mom in Spanish because they knew how wrong the situation was. I’ve been coming since 2021, and this wasn’t the first time I’ve seen or heard unprofessional behavior. Don’t rewrite my experience. Own it. Ps: funny how now you’re concerned that other patients were “uncomfortable” because my mother reacted to how we were treated but when we were the ones feeling uncomfortable and expressing how we felt suddenly the energy of the office didn’t matter at all.

Great first time experience. From my initial call, to hygienist to the doctor the experience was smooth, well communicated, timely and efficient without making it feel like a factory. Definitely will come back.
