I was a customer a couple years ago. The crowns they put have have a blcak line which starts looking like a dirty line on your teeth with the time. The Doctor put a crown in a very strange way so every now and then the food gets stuck and my gum is suffering and gives me a lot of pain.

Another doctor did filling on my front tooth in a very unprofessional way so the line that is bewtween my remaining part of tooth and the crown is very visible and looks like dirt. I don't recommend them .

Not Ideal for Working Professionals I initially had a root canal done at this office late last year and ordered a crown to be fitted. After three separate visits attempting to get the crown to stay in place, it still came loose—even though I followed all post-procedure guidelines, including delaying eating for several hours as advised. After three failed attempts at securing the crown, I gave up. Months later, I decided to give it one last shot and booked an appointment 5-6 weeks in advance for both a dental cleaning and another crown adjustment, ensuring I got the day off from work. I chose to wait the month-long period because I had previously appreciated the professionalism of the dentist who had treated me in the past.

Two weeks before the appointment, the office called to reschedule from Wednesday to Thursday—after I had already gotten Wednesday off approved at work. It was inconvenient, but I adjusted. However, at 3 PM on Wednesday the day before my already rescheduled appointment, I was informed that I could only receive the crown adjustment, not the cleaning. This was especially frustrating since I had already accommodated their previous rescheduling request with my job. To add to the disappointment, when I returned their call the next morning, the receptionist falsely claimed she had called multiple times the day before.

Call records showed just one call and one voicemail. This experience—from the repeated failure of the crown placement to last-minute scheduling changes and lack of accountability—demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism. I canceled my appointment and found another office that could accommodate me the same day. If you have a busy schedule or expect reliable dental care, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Such a great dentist. Front desk Customer service is great. All staff are all very nice and professional. Everything is new and they have all the up to date technology and machines. Recommending to all family and friends.

How lucky I have been to live just a few blocks from this dentist office! I can’t say enough good things about them. I switched to using them once they opened close to me. My old dentist had said that I needed a root canal, and had estimated a high price for it. I decided to come here to get a second opinion. Their price was far lower than my old dentist so I made an appointment for the root canal.

The dental surgeon at Broadway Family Dental took a look at the tooth in question, said they couldn’t see why it needed a root canal. Pressed it, sprayed water at it, tried everything to see if I had any pain, which I didn’t, and then finally told me he didn’t think I needed one, but that he would give me a root canal if I wanted. Obviously I didn’t. That was my first experience with Family Dental, and it impressed me with how they actually care about their patients rather than just seeing an invoice. Since then, I’ve gotten a tooth implant, crown, several cleanings, and I had one of the dentists quickly fix a brown spot on my front tooth with a filling, that had been a big source of insecurity for me - she was doing a cleaning and asked why I hadn’t gotten it fixed, I had never had any of my previous dentists recommend a fix for it.

5 minutes later I was finally able to smile confidently. I am sadly moving out of the city, and away from Broadway Family Dental, but wanted to leave a review to let everyone else know how wonderful they are. I will miss them!
