Amazing dentist, I do not trust anyone with my teeth because I am scared of dentists. Dr. Kanevsky is amazing and his staff rocks! Can't wait to come back for my 6 month check up!

I called the office to schedule an appointment as soon as my dental insurance card arrived in the mail. I called on 11:20 am on a Tuesday. The woman who picked up had a very rude tone of voice. She yelled at me to provide my insurance information. When I asked her why she was yelling and if she was okay (I am a psychotherapist and truly wanted to know if she was okay) she ignored me and passed me to another receptionist.
I will give them a try as I am sure the dentist won't be rude. But, if the front desk handles patients this way on a regular basis, I will change providers. As someone who sees patients daily also, I would never yell at anyone.
