I called this office to ask if they can find out whether my insurance will cover my visit. I was searching for an office that would cover because I am new to this insurance. My insurance works that way in which the office needs to call to make sure the visit will be paid. Every time I go to any office, they call without any issue.
When I called this office to try and make an appointment, the receptionist/assistant who works there told me I have to call them MYSELF and ask. My insurance made it clear to me that the office has to call. I called 2 other offices beforehand who happily took my insurance’s phone number, My date of birth and name and said they would reach out to me as soon as they could confirm if my insurance covers my visit at that specific place. When I told this to the receptionist, she said “why don’t you just go there then” with an attitude.
I asked to speak to someone else and apparently no one else works there. Horrible experience before even going to the office.
