I’ve been coming here since March and till now the doctors been Improving my health been fixing my teeth as much as they can every time I come here. The reception girls always welcome to costumers and hard working people the doctors are always smiling and removing all the discomfort while having procedure any pain in teeth the Manager receptionist Nelya is very impressive person she’s always tries to help when there’s no way to help she will create one, im very grateful for them for helping me always and i hope I will continue to maintain contact with them as they’re the best doctors I known.

Absolutely terrible experience — avoid this clinic at all costs. This place is not about helping patients — it’s about taking your money. They aggressively push unnecessary treatments and go out of their way to find out how much you earn by asking questions like what job you have, how much you make, and even what car you drive. It’s beyond unprofessional — it’s manipulative and disturbing. They referred me to a so-called “partner” surgeon in a different office, clearly working together to pressure patients into even more procedures they don’t need.

And if you can’t afford it, they’ll quickly offer to sign you up for a high-interest credit card or loan. It’s all part of their money-grabbing scheme. I’m still dealing with the consequences of their poor and damaging work. I’ve already spent a lot of money in another clinic just to fix what they ruined. This is not a dental clinic — it’s a business that preys on vulnerable people.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They should not be allowed to operate.

Dr. Degtyateva is an outstanding dentist. I first came to her when she offered a more effective and cost efficient remedy for what would have been a massive surgery. She discusses alternatives, offers practical advice and does not upsell. All this with an easy going style and engagement with patients. I am so happy that my father-in-law found and recommended Dr. Degtyateva. The practice is very well organized under the guidance of Dr.

Degtyateva and office manager Nellie. She has four rooms working, including other dentists and hygienists. I can’t say enough about her staff. They always greet me warmly and handle any issues that may arise. As with any business they are the first people I see when I come to the office and when I leave. They represent the practice well. I recommend her highly.

I scheduled an appointment at Dr. Margarita Degtyareva’s office for a simple dental filling. My appointment was at 5:00 PM, yet I was left waiting over an hour and twenty minutes with no explanation, no apology, and zero respect for my time. At check-in, the staff demanded my Social Security number and a photocopy of my driver’s license — which is completely unacceptable. This information is not legally required for a standard dental visit and raises serious concerns about data privacy.

I agreed to present my ID for identification purposes, but I explicitly refused to allow any copying, which I had every right to do. After they took an X-ray of the tooth, I was finally called in — only for Dr. Degtyareva to briefly glance at it and announce that she doesn’t do fillings. She refused to treat me. No one had disclosed this in advance.

I was told I could see a different doctor — but only a week later. This experience was completely unprofessional and disorganized from start to finish. I do not recommend this office to anyone who values their time, privacy, or basic professionalism.
