I haven't been but I did run a dental office for almost 10 years and then opened a business training staff and offering in person marketing ideas to dental offices. (It's still a very new business). I wish we could have responded to the reviews like this. We also didn't Always take medicaid and they are the worst patients (for the most part, not all of them.

Some are thankful). I left my office because of a toxic employee ruining my doctor and scaring off staff and patients, with the doctors encouragement. I also left the office I did marketing for because she and her OM threw her staff under the bus daily. Your responses make my day and make me want to continue with my business instead of doing something else completely!

My wife went in to get a tooth removed. They charged us $500. 00 for "exam" which did not include a cleaning, just a tooth extraction. While they did extraction, they did not use any suction, and would not prescribe any pain meds because they would have to pay something like an extra $60. 00/month. After extraction my wife got sick and sinuse infection. Not cool.

I do not recommend this business. Criminal exchange. Update: April 23 2025, your response shows how much of a schmuck you are. Talk about slander, if we were drugs seekers, why would we decide to have the extraction by you, knowing that you do not prescribe pain pills? You never addressed the no suction which was very important. Bottom line, is that we felt ripped off. Y'all didn't even offer a tooth brush or anything.

If you're looking for a no-nonsense dentist who gets the job done quickly, Dr. Murph is your guy! I walked in at 3:20 PM and was back in my truck by 3:55 PM. I'd been dealing with pain from my wisdom tooth for about a year and finally decided to get it removed at this local office. Dr. Murph is straight to the point, not the type to focus on making you feel good, but that's fine with me. I wasn't there for a therapy session; I needed dental work, and he delivered perfectly.

The numbing process was the only truly painful part—the first shot was intense, but I didn't feel the other two at all. The extraction itself was quick, maybe two minutes, and I didn't feel any pressure or pain. I highly recommend him. The price is reasonable, and payment is expected upfront, which I didn't mind considering the quality of the procedure.
