The staff and the dentist was very kind. He answered my questions and made sure things were going to be good. They did take time to sit with me. I do have a few more questions that came up after I left. Any more questions I did have. He said don't wait to ask us. Thats why we are here. Love it.

Place is busy - but appointment was kept on time. Staff were professional & helpful, answered all questions, went out of their way to solve an issue that I created & made sure care plan was understood - giving me options for both care & payment. Dentist did not push for work that I didn't want, was not alarmist or dramatic.

Showed me exactly what the issues were & spoke in a manner that I understood.

Recently I've gone to 3 dentist offices prior to go to Aspen. (Referred by relatives) I left all 3 before getting any information on needed work. My wife finally told me to go to Aspen. From the moment I arrived I was greeted and immediately felt relieved. The hygienist, Carson, was exceptional.

She took the time to explain step by step what they were recommending and made sure all my questions were answered. Overall start to finish I knew I should not have wasted my time by not going there first. I highly suggest if you're looking to dental work definitely check these guys out.

If I could give zero stars I would. It took almost 3 months to get what I was promised in four days. Even after 3 months I went in today and requested a full refund! I will have to wait 7 to 10 days for my money. The other issues I had were not being able to get follow up appointments, having 3 different appointments canceled by them at the last minute and being told I didn't have an appointment even when I showed my confirmation.

The quality of their work was terrible and most likely due to an important step that was skipped. When I tried to complain to an Office manager during the process she was rude and told me they were doing the best they could. Also, beware the lab tech must have been a salesman in the past. He is very good at sweet talking you believing him
