This is a rather wonderful practice! Everyone working here is extremely friendly, and even the dynamics among the staff (and Dr. Shih herself) feel so peaceful and amiable. Dr. Shih is one of the most gentle souls I have ever met. She treats her patients with incredible patience and tenderness, and always has the patients' best interests at heart. She is also very knowledgeable and skilled.

(One time I was at the office of the endodontist she referred me to, and I overheard the endodontist talking to his assistant in the hallway about how beautiful Dr. Shih's work was. So apparently her skills are acknowledged by her colleagues as well. ) I feel very fortunate to be Dr. Shih's patient and be taken care of by her. All thanks to her, going to the dentist is no longer a scary experience!

Apex General Dentistry conducted themselves with exceptional professionalism during my whole visit. As a new patient who just moved to the area, it can be difficult finding new providers. Dr. Shih and her staff, Kelli, and Connie were friendly and professional.

They explained the plan for the session what to expect as they worked, and gave future timeliness for ideal maintenance of my teeth (6 month cleanings). From check in to check out, this office was phenomenal and I would recommend it.

Dr. Shih and her staff are amazing. Very friendly, efficient, and they put you at ease no matter what work you are having done. I would also like to point out that Dr. Shih came in on her day off to fix my broken crown. She didn't have to do that, she could have told me to wait until Monday, but she called me back after hours on a Thursday night to tell me to come in Friday morning, her day off.

My whole family has been going to Dr. Shih for years. She is great dentist and also a very kind person. The staff is wonderful too, they are always so helpful with any questions or concerns we may have. I also feel like she has our best interest in mind and doesn't try to get us to spend money on unnecessary things. Which I haven't always felt at other dentist offices.
