My first visit with my son Gabriel and our experience was absolutely amazing!!! Starting with the front staff to the consult lady to the ortho assistant Jodi to the doctor who came out and spoke to me(parent) personally was just professional, caring, and very knowledgable about the braces. It made myself and my son very confident about getting the braces on— the same day as the actual consult… to begin this journey with AO.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warm and friendly front desk staff, especially Krystle, who truly goes above and beyond to ensure that my sons feel comfortable and well taken care of. Her kindness and attention to detail make such a difference, and I can't thank her enough! All the front desk staff are equally awesome, creating a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a fantastic visit. As for Dr. Appel, both he and his wife are incredibly personable and professional.

They take the time to explain everything and make sure we understand the treatment process. Although I haven't had much direct interaction with the nurses in the back, my sons rave about how wonderful everyone is there as well. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Appel Orthodontics for anyone seeking top-notch orthodontic care in a friendly and supportive environment!

No lie this one of Thee best Orthodontics in Philly and I live a hour away from their location. My daughter and I both come here for our braces/care and it’s always been a great experience! No long waits which is a bonus for me. The staff is Kind and professional, they always answer any questions I’ve had…facility is always clean.

I will be bringing my 10year old son here in April to get his braces on. Please believe I’m standing 10 toes down with Dr. Apple and Staff! I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!!

My daughter has been coming to Appel Orthodontics for her braces for few months now. This office is very clean and they have the best staff, everything was well explained to us. They are quick and have great hours. They are willing to fit you in the schedule if there is any issues. I would recommend this office to anyone!
