I've always had a great experience since I have been coming here. The staff has always been accommodating and very caring. I also like that you know up front what you're paying for and the different payment options they offer.

I have never experienced anything negative here and my family members have had the same experience. In conclusion, I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality dental car.

I wouldn’t recommend Aspen Dental. I went in for a basic cleaning and was quoted $437—despite the fact that Delta Dental covers 100% of the procedures they tried to charge me for. I had to push for a pre-authorization, follow up repeatedly, and file a grievance with my insurance company. After months of back and forth, I got them to honor the $122 total out-of-pocket amount they originally promised me (in writing and signed by their office manager). I paid exactly that—$36 at my first visit, $86 at my second—and confirmed multiple times that nothing more was due. Weeks later, I got a surprise bill for $116.

It incorrectly stated I had only paid $86. I had to call again, send documentation, and follow up several more times before they finally acknowledged the error and confirmed the balance was zero—on July 3, nearly five months after my first appointment. The clinical care was fine, but the billing process was a nightmare. Proceed with caution and keep every receipt.
