I regret these 5 stars that I gave them without first seeing the results of a bad job, in addition to the expensive work they did, I lost my money because the fillings to cover the roots of my teeth fell out and when the first one fell out a month after the events, the supposed dentist tried to make me feel guilty for her bad work. I had to go to another dentist who had to do the bad work she did again.
I do not complain about the work of the dental hygienist, she did a good job, I will never recommend these people to anyone, besides, they did not work with my insurance to lower the costs, they just want to take your money no matter what.

Extrication of two teeth went well, people wer very polite. Went to leave with the understanding that pain meds and antibiotics would be at pharmacy . Antibiotics were at pharmacy NO PAIN MEDS ORDERED ??? They said they close at 5pm drive down to pick up written script for pain maybe they forgot.
CALLED EMERGENCY NUMBER FOR ANY KIND TO STOP THE PAIN, No call from backup Dr. No one at office @5:00. I really liked this place!! I hope they call me tomorrow

Horrible experience, avoid this place at all costs. I called beforehand and very specifically asked if they could reattach a crown that was installed by another dentist. I made sure to explain that the crown was not installed by Aspen Dental but it was intact, had fell off the previous night and had no damages to it. They said they could help and to please come to the office. I get to the office and waited about 30mins for paperwork and for some office person who seemed to be struggling to verify my insurance. It was finally verified and I was called back for the exam. I did full radiographic images and then a comprehensive exam where they checked my gum levels on every single tooth. Please note I came in for a crown reattachment on one tooth, why are we checking all of my gum levels? The crown fell off the night before, pretty sure my gums didn't shrink or grow an inch overnight. Seemed like a way to charge me more money. They then proceeded to tell me I needed a periodontal cleaning for my gums (spoiler alert, I got a second opinion and I did not need one).
I said not today because I literally only came in for the crown. I wait some more and the actual dentist comes in to tell me they can't reattach the crown because they didn't install it. I am pissed at this point, why tell me on the phone you could and then have me go through all the x rays and exam only to tell me you couldn't do the one thing I came into the office for and called ahead to ask about? What the actual hell? THEN they billed my insurance incorrectly and it was filed as out of network when it was not out of network, in fact I waited 30mins for them to verify that. I had to call their claims department and file a claim and now have to wait another 3 weeks to see what they can do. They continuously send me bills both in the mail and calls to my phone and there is nothing I can do but wait because the bill is not even correct. Lastly, when I was receiving the estimate for creating a brand new crown (they said that was the only thing they could do since they wouldn't reattach the perfectly fine crown I already shelled out 3k for) the man giving the estimate was very cold and made it seem like I was bothering him. He seemed exhausted when I tried to ask a few clarifying questions and like he just wanted me to pay or leave. I ended up going to another local dentist who reattached my crown with no issues and unnecessary exams. The second dentist was able to use the x rays from the first in order to save me money. I also went back to them for a thorough exam where I asked if I needed the periodontal cleaning and they visually showed me and explained that it wasn't necessary at this point.
I could simply floss more often and my gums would heal back over time because they weren't bad enough to need such a serious cleaning. So in summary, this office is beyond incompetent. They don't give accurate answers for questions, they add unnecessary exams to cost you more money, they don't bill your insurance correctly and they gloss over the reason you came to the office to begin with so they can bill you more and have you waste more time. As someone who has been to many, many dentists and stays on top of my dental care I have never been so disappointed and angered by a dentist office. What a complete lack of customer service and care. I will never be returning to any Aspen Dental at any location ever and I would highly recommend anyone else do the same. If you need a recommendation, go to Ace Dental Associates instead, they are in this same area.

My experience was great. I went in for spider vein treatment. The doctor listened to which bothered me most and he treated them and so many more. I’m very pleased. I highly recommend. Definitely going back for a second treatment.
