I wish I was able to give this company a zero star. They Cancelled my appointment 2 x on a roll and now they would like to reschedule me for two months from now. I have waited for 2 months and now they would like me to wait another 2 months and who knows if they will reschedule me again. I am very disappointed.

My first visit, I switched dentists, Awesome, The lady dentist, I forgot her name, She is very thorough, and just great service, transparency. The office staff was very helpful also. I strongly recommend Dr. Dental. Thank You.

This place has become very unprofessional. My daughter has braces and they canceled 3 times in a row. 2 months without adjustments. Today she had an appointment. I confirmed twice though the text service. Drop daughter off on time and they had her sit there for 30 minutes without seeing her. Told her I never confirmed even though I did an hour and a half before appointment. She was physically there on time.

They should have seen her. There is no excuse to leave her sitting there when she was on time. How her being there wasn't a clue that we didn't cancel is beyond me. Why have that messaging service if it means nothing. I even filled out covid form. How these morons got the impression the appointment was canceled and gave it to someone else within an hour is unbelievable. The people that used to run it and work there were great! These people that run it now couldn't operate their way out of a paper bag.

Professional front desk ladies that go beyond there jobs and make u feel great as it should be everywhere but here they are friendly and respectful. The doctor Dajan very friendly and professional in what he does. I got a deep cleaning and it didn’t hurt me. I recommend Doctor Dental in Waterbury to anyone if u want good and friendly service for anyone. Good job thank u.
