If you have ever had a sales rep try and sell you a time share then you will understand what you may feel like having an appointment here. The staff is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable. Even the dentist I met was very respectable and knowledgeable and if they were the only ones that I seen there I would have drafted a dental plan with them. Everything went downhill when I was asked to sit down with the office manager. This employee is only concerned about one thing and that is getting your money. I was in immense pain from a tooth that needed to be pulled and she was focused on setting me up with over $23,000 in dental work.

I told her multiple times that I wanted to just get to tooth pulled and after that we could sit down and look at my options. So she made me an appointment for later that afternoon but not before asking me to pay for my detectable on my insurance. I gladly paid for my appointment only to have her call me 2 hours later to cancel my appointment and reschedule for the next morning. They played so many games with me that I ended up walking out and asking for a refund. They have already broken my trust and I did not feel comfortable with them doing any work in my mouth. So I was able to schedule an appointment with my original dentist but I have to go through one more day in my menses pain.

This place is not going to reach its potential until the office manager is replaced. If not they will definitely go out of business with in a year. So very sad that the other employees have to deal with this manager as they are really good people.

I reached out to this location for emergency services because I was in immense pain and they got me in for an appointment that same day. After doing what they could to examine me, I was directed to the nearest ER for treatment of a possible abscess. 10 days, 4 ct scans, 2 blood transfusions and an oral surgery later, I can confidently say they saved my life that day but most importantly, the dentist that advised me called me the following day to check on me.

That one act of concern and compassion validated my decision to try them in the first place. I’m actually still in the hospital from that visit but I know who I’d like to follow up with when I’m discharged.

I can not recommend this facility and their entire team enough. When I first joined for full extractions and dentures, they were not as busy and delivered fantastic services. Now, they are operating at a much higher volume and still delivering the best service/information I could ever ask for.

I wish to personally thank and recognize Dr G, Lyssa, and Hydia for their knowledge/compassion/performance in their chosen profession.

From the very beginning, staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind—very kind. I really enjoyed being there with them. They made the experience enjoyable and calming. Additionally, they know their stuff.

They exhibited great experience in their trade from the x-rays, to the hygienist, to the dentists—they were all very good at what they do. I am proud to call them my dental team. Thanks everyone for making this a truly excellent experience. I could only give you the highest rating of 5 stars—but in my heart you are all 10 stars!!
