Dark Phoenix Guidance
Five years ago they verified my insurance and told me that they excepted it so I came in for an appointment. Afterwords they said that they cannot get the money from my insurance company so I needed to pay it. $83. They said this was in collections. The lady on the phone really didn’t know what to say to me.
Because even though she worked there currently she wasn’t there then and even to her this didn’t sound right considering they verified my insurance before I came in. I should not be responsible for any fees if you guys told me you would except my insurance but then did it and made a mistake that’s not really on me. I didn’t even get work there done because obviously it’s the first appointment which is a consultation to see what needs to be done.
