Rude Staff. Unhelpful. Lacking Customer Service. I just recently moved to NC from California and cracked my tooth a few days ago. While looking for assistance I was told I might receive help at this location.

I called first time and got hung up on after holding for ten mins after saying I don’t have my insurance card to give my number (it’s still in boxes! And there’s a billing system that they can use to look. I’ve worked in medical billing for years I know). I call back a second time, a new woman answers and I explain I was hung up on while waiting to be helped, a hostile and impatiently rude woman tried to rush through the conversation without listening to my actual problem and assumed I had a wisdom tooth issue due to her not actively listening, I didn’t and clarified what my problem was after she kept rudely cutting me off. Then again proceeded to tell me what she assumed I wanted to hear about services instead just listening. Once again , I told her the information you are giving is not what I’m asking about can you give me a second to explain.

She ignores my request and continues on a script of services like I’m not asking about a specific service! When I told her she was being rude, not listening and I didn’t want to speak anymore then it was “I’m not being rude I’m trying to help. ” She was extremely defensive and rude. I just ended the call there. I don’t get if you’re supposed to help people why act like it’s a bother to help?

Pleasant and professional staff and atmosphere. The process has been too long! It started in August with root canal done outside atrium because no one was available then back for a cleaning and crown! 5months later and multiple appointments still no crown for one tooth! Simple as getting the mold correct for one tooth! Mold done twice which they didn’t reveal! Feb 13th is my next appointment and hopefully final appointment! I will not return for any other needs.

Very friendly staff, from front desk to dental assistants to the residents and attendings. The residents are the most educated, empathetic, qualified residents ive been around, they listened to me about my prior fears of being at the dentist office because I’ve had some horror stories at dentist offices and they never forgot. They always ask if I’m ready to get started, make sure I’m super numb which I am grateful for and have been consistently attentive to detail and ensuring my dental work is just right.

Dr. Godwin has been the main reason I am fixing my cavities because she embodies all the qualities I listed above. She is incredibly patient with me, never gets frustrated that I take longer than normal people to get numb, has done incredible work on my teeth while remembering how bad my dentist office anxiety gets and has been empathetic to that without getting frustrated or upset like other dentists I’ve experienced in the past.

Thank you so much for helping me get past the anxiety and fixing my teeth.

Best dental experience and crew I have ever had. Doctor Vanessa Brown is the best dentist ever. She’s great at what she does and has done an amazing job on getting my smile back to what it used to be. She is regained my confidence in my smile, and without her expertise, I would still be walking around with a tremendous amount of pain in my mouth. I’ve had extractions, deep cleaning, and cavities filled by her. I honestly would not want to go to any other dental office or see any other dentist.

I highly recommend this Dental Clinic and I highly recommend Dr. Brown. I want to say Thank You for everything you have done for me Dr. Brown. You worked your magic with me and many others. Best decision I have made for my mouth was to come here when I was at my most painful and vulnerable stage of my mouth.

If you are questioning coming here then please do. You will not regret that decision. And you will be leaving there feeling like me with wonderful memories and experiences. Best Regards, James Dease
