I had a good experience during my first visit with Dr. Jean and the staff. Everyone was pleasant and Dr. Jean answered all my questions.

It was easy to set an appointment with the amount of availability and the promptness of the staff answering the phones. I also liked how they explained the out of pocket cost so that there will be no surprises. I would recommend this dentist if your looking for a welcoming and personable experience.

I have been a patient at Premier Smiles for over two years, and my usual hygienist, Helen, is fantastic. The front desk staff, Helen, and the attending dentist have always been amazing! My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 pm. So why the one-star review? Today, my hygienist was switched to Tonya without any prior notice. My routine cleaning with her turned out to be the most painful dental experience of my life.

She caused excessive gum bleeding and extreme tooth sensitivity. The discomfort was so unbearable that I had to ask her to stop and requested to speak with the attending dentist. For context, I have no cavities, fillings, or other dental work that would typically cause sensitivity. This was a standard cleaning, and I know what to expect from these visits.

Unfortunately, the dentist was in surgery, so I spoke with the front desk staff. They informed me that Tonya is a temporary hygienist on a short-term contract and is new to Premier Smiles. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope the office takes steps to ensure better communication and quality control when bringing in temporary staff.

Today was a great day. I came back for my second visit. I had a couple of fillings and a tooth fixed. Dr. Jean was very careful and made sure i was comfortable. Maria, his dental assistant is so very kind. She helped take great care of me while I was there.

They make sure you are at ease and well adjusted. Thank you to the front desk staff as well for all the information and your support. Premier Smile doesn't just do this for the money. They truly care about and look out for their patients. Until I return, take care. 😊👍🏾

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! I went there for a dental cleaning and to establish care . My first visit was unorganized but I wanted to new retainer and I already paid the deposit for it. After getting my teeth scanned for a new retainer ( which takes 2 weeks in most cases ) I noticed it has been a over a month and no one called me so I called the dentist office and no one seem to know which labs the scans have been sent to. After having to physically go to the office & demanding a refund they claimed it was delivered but no one knew where it was at .

I just wanted to cut ties with this dentist office and never see them again & get my refund but here I am now writing this warning because I am month out and still have not received my refund ! & no one seems to know what going on with my refund . Now I have no choice but to take legal action at this point.
