My second visit with the Urban family Dentist group. What a charming place to be when you have to do something simple or difficult with your teeth. Once again my visit was pleasant and very comfortable. Meeting the Receptionist team, then Tae, Dr. Logan and Maria. Before doing anything, I was briefed on what would be happening and who would be involved.

I’m telling you with my extraction I literally felt nothing. They had no idea I am very sensitive to everything. Listen it’s a grand place to feel comfortable and cared for, so be diligent about visiting and being taken care of professionally. I have had work done from both Dr. Mark, and Dr. Raj, and had an absolutely wonderful experience with each. They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant to be around. Their bedside manners fully exceeded my expectations.

This exceptional customer service extends from them, to their assistants, and front desk staff. They remember me when I come back, and are so inviting and happy every time I see them. I have not met a happier set of people at a dentist’s office, they are amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone that I know :)

This was my first visit to Urban Family Dental, and I was genuinely impressed. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, creating a great first impression. Dr.

Logan and Maria were incredibly thorough, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. This was easily one of the best, if not the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Kudos to the entire team!

I had a first visit at Urban Family Dental today and let me start by saying I have had bad dental experiences and have alot of fear around going. From the moment I stepped into the office there was kindness, smiles and a community that worked to make me know that I was their primary interest. The front desk staff - Isac and Jacob - are wonderful and efficient, multitasking with ease. I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't able to see the dentist I thought I would, but I worked with Dr.

Logan and Maria instead. They too were gracious, warm and patient. But they also were skilled, knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything and make me feel comfortable. By the time they were finished I was relaxed, laughing and ready make another appointment.

I also want to add that while I was there I saw many other clients being treated in the same manner and happy about the treatment they were receiving. So I can confidently recommend Urban Dental! Thank you all for your service!!!
