My daughter had a wonderful and caring experience with Dr. Austin. From start to finish the staff was very caring and knowledgeable and always made her feel comfortable. Absolutely a wonderful experience here! Dr. Austin and his staff are kind, helpful, and go the extra step to help parents feel fully informed. I'm most appreciative for Dr. Austin's extensive knowledge on airway health. . . something you will not find at other practices. I now feel fully equipped to make the best decisions for my child and appreciate the support that this office provided to me.

After some bad experiences with other practices over the years, I had begun to feel like dental professionals were rivaling car salesmen, offering expensive treatment options that didnt seem necessary. That was absolutely not the case here, and I am grateful for the honest interpretation of my child's condition and the path to improving her situation. I've already referred friends to them. As a side note, the office itself was immaculate and comfortable to be in. Looking forward to working with Dr. Austin and his lovely crew.
