I had an appointment today for an examination on my teeth. I wasn’t able to visit a dentist for a while due to my diagnosis with cancer, where my oncologist didn’t allow me to see a dentist. Today was my first day back and the doctor was extremely rude and disrespectful. She immediately interrogated and questioned why I haven’t been in the office, disregarding the fact that I was sick. She made me feel very uncomfortable and upset, I couldn’t wait to leave the office.

I recommended this doctor to my two cousins a while ago, where they both had the same experience where she was very rude. I 100% do not recommend this doctor to anyone. She is so dismissive. I will never be returning to this office.

Dr. Vera Pavlova is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She’s not only incredibly professional and skilled, but also has a real gift for making you feel comfortable and cared for. The whole office is super friendly and welcoming — it honestly makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I couldn’t recommend her more!
