Last year my kids tested positive for Covid after a church camp. I called to change the date of their appointment and Bayshore billed me $75 a kid for same-day cancellation. Now they still call to get me to bring my kids back but won’t void the bill. If I could afford to pay $75 a piece for canceling an appointment that was out of my hands, we wouldn’t have Medicaid lol

Very friendly and personable staff! Felt right at home with each and every person I encountered! I have found my life long home with this dental practice! If you are still searching for a dental home- this may the place for you! Amazing staff, amazing dentist! Can’t wait to see the outcome of my dental journey with this practice! I am hoping the costs (due to me needing a ton of dental Work) is affordable- as my husband will be joining this dental practice as well if that is the case! I have not had any major work done yet- so once I start the serious stuff I will give more in-depth reviews! But You ladies are wonderful people 💕

My kid got filling here on 2/27/2024. Before I made the appointment, the office lady told me out of pocket was about $300 after insurance deducted. It took me 3weeks to think about the appointment until my kid told me he was not feeling well. On the appointment day, after my kid went inside to get service, I went to counter pay for bill. The same office lady told me the insurance company changed the policy this year, patient need to pay full amount, then the dentist office will help to claim the bill, I will get around $670 refund. But the dentist office only can start to claim after patient paid full amount.

The process will take 2weeks. So I call dentist for checking the refund today 3/25/24. The lady on phone said I was charged for right amount, there is no refund. This drive me crazy. It is not the business deal we talked about. If you tell me I need to pay $912 for 2 teeth filling.

I would not go to make the appointment. I think you are cheating your customer. I accept to pay for $300 but not $912.
