This place was very thorough. I got an extraction today. As we know those can really make a person nervous especially if you have had them before. The staff here are very gentle and kind. . and listening to the other dentists speaking to thier patients as I was waiting put me at ease because of how caring they are. The dental assistant walked me through everything before Dr.

Greene came in. Dr. Green made sure I understood everything about the procedure before we started. Finally I was amazed at how quickly the pain was numbed and how fast her magic hands plucked my tooth out without me realizing. Seriously unheard of. #painlessdentalwork.

Dr. Green is a Gem. I am so glad that I found her. Her gentle kindness and professionalism is beyond expectation. She took care of my dislodged filling expertly, I hardly felt anything. She has my respect and I wholeheartedly recommend her for any dental needs including dental implants.

I have my dental visit yesterday. I paid from my pocket. I'm very disappointed with the service. After the x ray, I wait one hour in the room and nobody comes to see me or let me know that they going to take care of me soon. After that, the person who do my cleaning, very unprofessional, spend only like ten minutes with me. Kind do rude. At the end , I feel like I only brush my teeth at home.

Don't clean my gums. . . . I loss my time and my money. 150 for nothing.

This dental office told my wife on the phone with my teenage son listening while in excruciating pain, " sounds like we have to pull his front tooth. " How do you say this when you haven't examined the child? I arrived home to find my family totally devastated I found another dentist who put him on antibiotics and recommended a root canal. Even the other dentist thought it was a joke when I told her what we were told by this office.

Never going near Bayview Dental again.
