I wish I read all these reviews before! And if you're in search of dental services - AVOID this place at all costs and believe all the other reviewers. I don't actually know how good the dental staff is, but making an appointment is a nightmare! I had called and left messages multiple times. I've even requested an appointment via their website. But I NEVER heard back.

Once, by some miracle, I even made it through to a person - but then she put me on hold and never got back to me. Finally, I decided to stop in person and make the appointment for my grandmother. When I came to the reception area I found a sign stating the receptionist was out to lunch and would be back at 1! I cannot believe that a big, expensive and famous hospital like Maimonides would operate in such an unprofessional manner.

On January 19, 2022 I was able to schedule my July 22, 2022 appointment at the end of my appointment. At the end of my July 22, 2022 appointment I was able to schedule my January 23, 2023 appointment at the front desk, and the paper is in my purse. At the conclusion of my appointment on January 23, 2023 Dr Baez told me to schedule my July 2023 appointment at the front desk; however, the front desk insisted that I could not make my next appointment today and that I have to wait six months until someone there calls me in June 2023, because they don't know which doctor will see me. That's nonsense, it's not true and a waste of patients' time, especially when residents perform the dental exam and cleaning I needed to schedule.

On July 22, 2022 they didn't know which doctor/resident would see me today at my January 23rd appointment when they scheduled my next appointment, either. Furthermore, the fat brown front desk woman was loud and rude, kept speaking over me as if she wanted to fight me, so I just silently and abruptly walked away from the front desk. I know they will not call in June 2023 and god forbid if I do not pick up the phone IF/when they call, this place will give me the runaround and I will not be able to schedule an appointment within six months of today. Dr Baez was wonderful, and I appreciate his care (exam and cleaning) today.

After today's experience I have no desire to return there. That is all.

The worst patient experience ever. Dentist Michael Indig is incompetent and negligent and only cares about milking your medical insurance and arrogant rude Dr. Mailik yells at patients "я здесь главный". They have a manager and patients relations which is a joke. Manager Marisol Duran takes away the patients medical records from the patient claiming it's the hospital's property.

Patients have rights which apparently none of these staff here at Maimonides are even aware of. Stay away if you don't want your medical conditions to get worse as you'll be left untreated and they will try to feed you antibiotics indefinitely until you develop resistance and it won't help you anymore. Submit complaints to DOH as their Patient Relations is not going to help you, instead they will falsely accuse patients of being rude, while acting extremely rude themselves.

Dr.Rodriguez was super patient and explained my x-rays with me. Was super gentle with everything and didn't feel any pain. I felt comfortable through out the whole appointment!
