Don't go here unless you have time to waste! I arrived early for my appointment and after waiting more than 45 minutes past my appointment time I inquired about when I would be seen. I was told that several people are in front of me. Run unless you have time to waste.

This place is a joke. Waited two hours past my appointment time at the Fulton location to see a doctor, ultimately had to leave for work without the doctor ever even being in the building. They said someone from this location would call me on Friday, no one ever called. The place is a mess. Avoid

Truthfully True

I had to come back and delete my original review that was 4 stars to give 1 star rating. Unprofessional at its finest. Phones not being answered wrong information being given to patient regarding testing. To add insult to injury the telephone staff rude disrespectful and wrong and strong.

How you arguing patients down because your staff gave out wrong information also not reading the the medical documents given where what is required is clearly written in black and white. Don't waste your time here. Now 2 extra trips have to be made because yhe practice screwed up.

Came in for a physical therapy appointment and waited nearly an hour just to be told they hadn’t processed my insurance and I would have to reschedule. Came back the next week and waited just to be asked for a referral which had never been mentioned in either of my phone calls or my first time in the office, so I was unable to see the doctor. Horrible customer service.

Wasted time for a week when I urgently needed care.
