Unfortunately, I trusted Dr Conner to care for my teeth. . I am disappointed with my experience, enraged about the amount of issues I have had since she did my cavity refill, and unimpressed about the way she treated me and my concerns during my dental office visit. . it’s also frustrating the amount of follow up dental visits I have had to do because of the work she did. During my first visit she cleaned my teeth decently enough and told me that I needed a refill done on my left lower molar. . When I came back to have my refill done she injected so much numbing medicine in my jaw and failed to explain satisfactorily what she was doing. After the procedure she literally left me without asking if I have any questions. I wished I would have gotten a second opinion from another professional dentist to see if a cavity refill was actually necessary because I never felt that I had any issues at that time.

. After that procedure however, I have been and out of dentists, and oral surgeon offices. I went back to her 2 days after the procedure to tell her my bite was off, she took a panoram and sent a referral a referral to the oral surgeon, encouraging me to get my wisdom teeth out. A day or two later after she took the imaging, my jaw began hurting. I was already scheduled to visit the oral surgeon, it was one week after i had the filling when I was finally able to see the oral surgeon, who told me that my jaw was inflamed and I needed to get my bite corrected before the extraction can be done. He encouraged me to go to a trusted dentist. Luckily I was able to see, that same day, a dentist whom I know and trust. She was about 1 hour away from where I live but it was worth it. She corrected my bite and things have improved to some extent. I have been having on and off pain and uncomfortable feeling my jaw with hopes that it could have been corrected by now.

I am now awaiting a consultation with another oral surgeon and a TMJ specialist. . All thanks to Dr Conner!!! Word of advice get yourself a second opinion if she recommends a procedure (example cavity refill). . . Do not choose this place simply because all of the good reviews. If you do decide to still get your dental service here be aware, if you are being rushed out or if someone fails to explain important things to you.

I was impressed with the thorough details of my care and the plan that was developed to ensure my dental hygiene stays well maintained.
