March 11 2020 Early morning at the dental office and I couldn’t be happier. I have gone from root canal, to tooth reconstruction, a crown, and to being blessed with a marvelous lower partial; to enjoy my restaurant dining, and normal day activities of eating and nourishment. I owe it all to the Berger Family. I realize it may sound as cliché, but they REALLY DO treat you like family there.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with the work that I have had done, and look forward to any and all follow up for subsequent care and maintenance. I challenge any one to discover a better experience, a better dentist, and/or a more knowledgeable and fun, yet professional, staff. Dr. Berger was nice enough but his receptionist Julie is the absolute worst. I have been there several times and every single time I dreaded speaking to her. Dr. Berger sent me to her to talk about if my insurance will cover my root canal. She informed me that it would so I was happy got the root canal done. Then AFTER it is done, She decides to tell me i have to pay 1,000 to get a cap or 186 to get a post.

I felt tricked because no one told me I had to pay any more money out of pocket when I just paid 130 for a deep cleaning. I felt I should've been informed of every thing and every cost before I got the root canal done. So now I'm stuck because after she called me a liar I will never step a foot in there again. Dr. Berger is a good dentist I just had a very bad experience.

Doctor Berger is an Amazing Dentist. I do not like to visit Dentists at all. However, Dr. Berger is fantastic. I had a surface cavity and he was able to fix it without pain. I am very impressed, I will be going back.
