Dr. Mcdonald is very unprofessional and disrespectful to her staff and clients. Your appointment time is not respected by her as she schedules interviews, promotes other business and sells coffee while you're waiting 2/3 hours past your appointment time.

She is unapologetic, changes staff more the Trump administration. She discusses your medical records with other clients and in front of clients. Don't expect privacy! She's unapologetic.

I used her services for awhile believing that it was coincidental and that I caught her at a bad time but recently I culminated all the experiences with two other clients and the verdict "Unprofessional and Disrespectful!" Lately, you have to return for more repairs to her work than actual new work and please, please check your billing because her billing is in a total mess. I recommend you forgot the convenience of her accepting all forms of payment and insurance, bring a family dentistry and shopping around for a dentistry that provides acceptable services, I have.

I was visiting back home and needed a cleaning and decided to try this dental office. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks prior and provided them with all documentation at the time I made the appointment. They decided to verify my insurance the morning of just for me to find out I wasn't able to use my insurance at their office. To make matters worst my appointment was at 10a. m and the doctor comes rolling in at 11:30. She didn't even acknowledge let alone apologize for her tardiness.

To top it all off, I was seen for maybe about 20 minutes. I've never had a cleaning take less than 45 minutes and hers somehow only ended up being 20 minutes. One of the worst dental experiences ever. Will be sure to not return. Stay away at all costs ! The office is also not clean and very outdated, very unwelcoming appearance, staff at the front desk isn't very delightful either.

I decided to try this dentist for myself as I have been looking for a new dentist since before the pandemic. It was a nice home, family feeling and all the staff was extremely polite. The people waiting before me appeared to be regulars and, had good things to say. I definitely had a great visit and will be returning.

Dr. McDonald is one of the last few doctors who truly care about patients. She is very professional, accomplished, competent and affordable. She always makes sure that her patients receive the best care. Her staff is very proficient, cordial and accommodating.

You can be certain that you will receive professional dental work that will last for a long time. I absolutely recommend her. If you are seeking a permanent primary dentist, she is the one you need. She'll take care of you.
