My boys have been going here for years and they have been great up until the past few months. Getting an emergency appointment is almost impossible because they are so busy. I’m not sure why they take in new patients if they can’t accommodate their current ones. My son was seen in October and had a cavity that needed filled so we were scheduled for December but our appt was cancelled (the morning of the appt) because the office was closed due to Covid.

So he was rescheduled to the beginning of February (but they reassured me it was fine because the cavity was so small). 2 days after the filling he was complaining of a lot of pain so I called the office and they said to give Tylenol/Motrin and got an appt 2 weeks later because it’s all they had. It turns out the tooth that had just been filled was completely cracked and needed pulled. He said my son must have eaten something immediately after his first appt and cracked it.

He didn’t eat anything for hours after his initial appt because he was so numb and sore. My son waited from October until February for relief and I feel so bad his tooth got that bad because of the office’s inability to get him in sooner and actually treat his cavity correctly. When we were having issues with appt times they recommended I find a local family dentist that could accommodate us better.

Very little wait in lobby. My three year old was having his first cleaning and it went better than I could have even hoped for. The girl was so gentle and had him so relaxed. They just chatted while he got the works done. The dentist is equally wonderful.highly recommend

We have been bringing my 7 year old son here for years, with very good experiences (friendly staff, fun visits, etc). We have come every six months for regularly scheduled checkups, always with a good experience. Unfortunately, the experience did not translate into quality dental care. On March 1st, my 7 yo was complaining of severe mouth pain. I called the office and they got him in the next day, which was fantastic. Dr. Kyle said that he had developed two cavities as there had been a soft spot in the enamel that they had been watching. They could not get him in to fill the cavities until April 25th - nearly 2 months later.

Since he was in severe pain, I had been giving him Motrin and Tylenol every night so he could sleep and knew he couldn't wait that long for a filling. No problem, I thought. I'll see if my dentist could do it. Today (March 16th), my dentist was to fill these two newly developed cavities. Dr. Kyle had been monitoring the soft spot, right? Except that the problem was much, much bigger. My seven year old son who has been to Dr. Kyle's office every six months for years and brushes his teeth every day has a visible hole in his tooth and requires FOUR CROWNS!! It should have never gotten this bad.

My dentist showed us a hole that is visible to the naked eye and referred us to a different pediatric dentist to fix the problem correctly - and tomorrow. Not in two months. My 7 yo has been in severe pain, is now on an antibiotic, and will have to endure FOUR root canals as a small child due to Dr. Kyle's lack of care. The office is beautiful, the staff and Dr. Kyle are friendly, and the prize bin is a very nice touch. But if you value your child's dental health, look elsewhere.
