"Worst Dental Experience Ever!!!" I went into the office for a root canal in June of 2023. I did not have any pain when I went into the office. Within 2 hours of leaving the office, I was experiencing intense pain. I took the recommended amount ot acetaminophen and aspirin and the prescribed antibiotic for 3 days with no relief from the intense pain and inability to sleep more than 1. 5 hours due to the pain.
After I called the office and the receptionist left me a message and told me that the Endodontist told me to keep taking the same medications and antibiotic (that were not working). After receiving the message I tried calling the office 20 times before I got a response. The male hygienist that finally answered the phone was an uncareing jerk. The Endodontist either was too busy or didn't care enough to call or talk to me. I had to call my regular Dentist to listen to me and to look at my mouth.
I was given a different antibiotic and a prescription pain killer for the intense pain. I finally got some relief from the intense pain. I wouldn't recommend this Endodontist Office to anyone.

I had a root canal here in 2018. On Wednesday (fall 2021), I went to a different dentist for a redo on that same tooth. The office staff was friendly, and the office was clean, but don't let appearances fool you. My regular dentist explained that I was having new sensitivity in this tooth that already had a root canal in because Hutchinson messed up. The molar has 3 roots essentially at the end of the main one. It appeared that Dr.
Hutchinson failed to fill all 3 during the first root canal, he only got one, and the unfilled ones were infected. I can imagine that's also why I was in severe pain the next few days because they didn't get all of the pulp cleaned out. So thanks Dr H! I just went and spent another $1300 to get this fixed. . At least it wasn't nearly as painful for the re do.

When I found out from my dentist, that I may need a root canal, never having one before, I was terrified! She told me to go see Dr. Hutchison. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment I was in tears. The scheduler was so sweet and went above and beyond to educate me and make me feel better about the appointment. She didn’t make me feel stupid at all for crying and having such fear.
When I walked into the office she greeted me with a friendly smile and remembered me, and again, encouraged me everything would be fine. When Dr Hutchison came in, he was very kind and again, took time to educate me and explain every single things he was doing, step by step. He made me feel so at ease! From the anesthesia, all the way through the procedure, I didn’t feel a thing! It was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I felt that he genuinely cared about my feelings and the procedure. I highly recommend him!!! I cannot tell you enough!!!

I had my first root canal today done by Dr. Hutchison. My experience was definitely better than what I was expecting it to be like. Getting a root canal is not the horrible, painful, procedure I believed it was. In fact I felt no pain, and Dr.
Hutchison made sure I didn’t. He talked me through the procedure, making sure I was comfortable and even managed to make me laugh! Which says a lot because when I arrived I was full of panic and anxiety. His entire staff who worked with me, made me feel better about the situation and I could honestly tell they all cared. That they weren’t just telling me what I wanted to hear but actually understanding my concerns and fear of going through with heaving this done and making it as easy, painless and safe as possible! I am so thankful for everyone who made my experience the best it could be, and I am actually looking forward to coming back in 6 months for my follow up. Thank you to each and every one of you! I highly recommend this office!
