Based on my experience I definitely would not recommend this office. *Ignored by office staff upon arrival *Did not get to consult with Dr. Neuman at my consultation appt *Had to return for another appt to discuss my tooth *Dr.

Neuman did not look at my tooth or abscess *Had to call to get a treatment plan even after 2 consult appts *Abscess got worse, called to get antibiotics, told to call regular dentist *Took 6 weeks to get my tooth pulled *Had to call to find out pre-op instructions and get prescriptions *Nothing proactive done by the office. I had to call them for everything that I needed to know *Paid cash for a 5% discount but then billed on a statement for almost twice as much *Called and left message about the statement but received no return phone call *Called again a month later and was treated rudely when in the end, the office was at fault for the billing error

Dr. Neuman and his staff are first class. If you are hesitant about having a procedure done… don’t be. They make sure you are comfortable the entire time and the end result is nothing short of impressive. I would recommend Bluegrass Periodontics to anyone needing a gum graft or any other oral procedure.

The friendly atmosphere going in was nice I probably should’ve known there was a catch because nice people aren’t free It’s very nice looking inside too and I can see why now as well ,it’s not a place for anyone with any bad finances , this place is EXPENSIVE with insurance and without My main concern is that they had a month or so to gather all of my information from my insurance company on how much the visit would cost me with insurance They led me to believe it was good to go since I did originally find them in network and they didn’t tell me at the front desk upon signing in , this should’ve been the very first step ,instead I leave with a bill I was unable to afford due to critical problems I was having The sweet lady who discussed the finances that went from $2,000 to $6,000 with insurance (Patient Pays)would tell me I needed to pay especially since they made room for me and time for me which is extremely passive aggressive and a horrible pitch for someone struggling and who came in on unpaid leave from work I think this idea Is a great concept they are offering implants, surgery ,oral care etc They offer many things and they took care of my anxiety right away But business practices are a bit lower then I expected I was incredibly disappointed and let down the prices and how they act when you cannot pay or meet their standards when l left It’s best to assume “certain “ people get the best services looking at some of the great reviews When it rains it pours though haven’t found any good dentistry’s anywhere yet
