I have extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I was actually shaking in the waiting room and then shaking in the chair, but Rob was awesome. He was cooperative and understood my anxiety. He took his time and explained everything he was doing during my 6 month cleaning.

As for Dr. Tran he was just as professional and friendly as everyone else I encountered at my appointment. I left the office and called my husband urging him to make an appointment to get his check up. Finally found a dentist office I’m not crying at!

Outstanding knowledgeable, doctor, friendly staff was so surprised. I have such a great doctor in this area… highly recommend. Stopped in my hometown and was so delighted to have this kind of experience handy. When I come home, I will tell you this, no matter what reviews you ever will see if this gentleman I will tell you he is spot on honest, extremely knowledgeable and professional.

They canceled 2 of my appointments, only notified me for the first cancelation. They rescheduled me for 4 months later, then canceled again and had 2 different excuses. Wouldn't recommend if you would like to be seen on a timely matter.

DO NOT GO HERE! It's a shame what this dental office has become. I was a patient of Dr. Boran himself and he was absolutely amazing. He always took his time with his patients and made sure they were getting the best care. Unfortunately, now the business has been sold to Dr. Tran. He and his team are a joke.

My visit with him consisted of me being passed around between 2 rooms and about 5 dental assistants and him for all of 10 seconds. I needed a tooth fixed that was chipped. He drilled away at it quick and left me for his assistant to fill. I ended up with a filling I didn't even need and the chipped part of my tooth didn't even get fixed! But they had no problem charging me over $200 for something they didn't do!!! I've sent in 2 small payments so far because like the rest of the world. . . I have actual bills to pay.

They have just sent me a letter in the mail that is so absurd and unprofessional, stating how they are basically going to take me to court because I haven't paid the bill in full yet. Don't waste your time here. It's horrible that another incredible business that someone spent half their life building has been destroyed by someone younger and arrogant. The world owes you nothing. Get over yourself.
