I have been going to West Market for 20 years. They have a new policy that if they cant contact you or have updated insurance, they cancel the appt. I changed my phone number but had the appt set in my calendar so when I called to confirm it with them, they cancelled it and had to reschedule. I remember they would lessen the price for a cleaning if you didnt have insurance. My hygienist was talking less than positive about the dentist and her husband. The cover on the arm chair fell off "ya they know about it and nothing ever gets done".

Shes using the water sprayer and its spraying all over my glasses, all over my face. Running down my face. The dentist is always nice and im glad they were able to reschedule me 7 days out. Also- 6 goldfish to a 5-7 gallon water tank is way too small. Please do research on caring for them. I wouldnt put 1 in that tank, its still too small

The dental hygienist, Kelly, did a wonderful job with my cleaning. She used a watering and I had no pain in my gums after my cleaning, just very clean teeth. Very thorough and honest.
