We had a terrible experience. I went there a few months ago and waited with my sister for probably a little less then 2 hours. Today I went there and our appointment was for 10:00. We got there at 9:40. I had to go out and put more money in the meter. The receptionists were also quite rude and unprofessional. The one woman came in a little after we got there saying how “she had a terrible day” and “no one better mess with her. ” Then one of the other clients told the receptionist that my sister and I had been waiting for an hour and she said “they are here for a cleaning, that’s totally different” in such a sassy tone. Then after was talking badly about the girl and said “I’m not dealing with attitudes today” she cursed several times and even dropped the f bomb.

. . . loudly. She was throwing around papers and slamming her hands down on the keyboard typing. It was absolutely ridiculous. Finally at like 11:10 my sister went up the the desk and said “excuse me” the one lady said “yeah?” My sister said “we were just wondering how long this is going to take because we have finals we need to get to” the lady said “when are your finals” my sister said “12” lady said “then you’re not going to make it. Do you need to reschedule?” My sister said “let me call my mom” the whole time the lady didn’t look up from her computer and had such a rude tone. We called our mom and she said to just leave.

We went back in and said “our mom will call you, thank you. ” They didn’t even respond to us. My mom called and said that our insurance is switching so we won’t be rescheduling and that she is sorry. The lady said they would send us a discharge letter and to not ever come back. The woman we had the biggest issue with( the one who told us not to come back and was cursing) was a black haired woman who came in with an attitude and tried to blame it on clients. The wait time is ridiculous and the staff just isn’t professional enough to make it worth it. I’m very thankful I will never have to go back there again. P. S even giving one star is gracious

Be very careful where you and your family get your dental work at! This place will try to say you have cavities so they can drill your teeth and do more work on you then what you really need done! The hidden truth is when dentists do more work on your teeth the more they can charge you either out of pocket and or insurance! It's what I like to call dirty little dentists truths that most dentists won't admit! Also the work they do is average and below average at times even when cleaning your teeth! I have seen far better service and professionalism at many other dental businesses !I have reason to believe some of the dentists are either fresh out of college and or lack of training because there skills are just not good and you can tell by the way they act and review and look at your teeth!

Dentist is amazing, the front desk lady wasn't mean or rude like everyone said she was actually very nice. Reason for 3 star review is because I seen them at 3pm yesterday needed a script sent in because of a tooth infection (I'm in so much pain) well they didn't send it in until 12:30 the next day ! CVS was actually calling me telling me they didn't send it in. They felt so bad for me and I can't take pain pills. I can't hear out if my ear have a fever and my whole face is swollen.

I just don't get the system. And why I had to suffer. It's still not ready

The office staff is incompetent. When I called for an appointment, no return call for almost a month. Then, all of a sudden, they called and wanted me to come in the next day. Had a cleaning done. Lasted all of 10 minutes and done. It was more of a water pick procedure than an actually cleaning. I won't be back.
