Dr. Mui is the best. He explains everything in detail, is humble, and is genuinely interested in the well being of the patient and his/her teeth. He is honest too and tells it like it is. No over promises. His staff are good too, especially Suzanne. Very well organized office. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the worst place ever - thanks to the person at reception who just answered the call. I have been trying to contact this place and left more than a couple of messages, but did not get any response. When I finally called today, this person (a lady if she is to be called that) answered but was utterly UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING, in other words. . . downright RUDE! I called and said that I have left a few messages, this person just cut me off and said, when, how long ago because I have not seen any messages. I tried to explain but she would just keep on saying that I did not see any messages today. Well, I didn't say today, I said a few messages, maybe a couple of weeks back, a month ago, a few days, but never today; had she listened and not cut me off, she would understand better.

But NO, she would continue her tirade that she did not get a referral from our family dentist and that is the process. I tried to explain that I didn't know that part, that is the reason for my call, but she would not stop and listen, she would just go on and on to say the process is for the referral to be sent by the dentist. How would I know that? I tried telling her that I have the form but she is not to be stopped. Where in the world did this person get her Customer Service training from? Would you treat all would be customers this way? Is it so hard to stop and listen and let the other person talk before you pounce on them to say this is what you're supposed to do or this is how it's supposed to be done. We're calling you for a reason, don't you think we'll just call for no reason at all? Besides, is this how you treat your clients? Do you think because you heard a slight accent that you are superior and we're not knowing what we're doing? Think again! Stop! Listen! Maybe you're rushing because it's almost the end of the business day, but what's a few seconds or minutes more to listen what we called for or EXPLAIN PROPERLY the process, instead of cutting off any chance you could get to cut us off? Stop! Think! Listen! For you to be seated at the front or to be assigned to answer the calls, you are the ambassador of first impressions, and you should treat everyone fairly and with respect, no matter how irrelevant you think the call is. I was calling for braces for a family member, but I guess, you couldn't be bothered. To Dr. Bennet Mui, maybe you can send this person for Customer Service re-training, or maybe this is acceptable practice, but this is a first if it is true.

The one star rating does not even justify, it should be ZERO. To the person who answered the phone, PLEASE humble yourself and learn how to listen, that's for starters. If you were treated this way, would you even want to go and get services here? If this person gets away by answering this way and treating would be customers like this, how are the other people working in the establishment? Would they treat their customers this way as well? Just treat them like a processing zone and off you go. What a shame! Real shame! If you were having a bad day, you should have gone home and not take it out on anyone calling. Thank you for showing us how you treat customers, this would motivate us to go somewhere else.
