DIRTY!! Floors are dirty. Faucets are corroded. X-ray machine had all the paint chipped off. Equipment is completely outdated. Its too bad because the staff was nice, but I will not be back. It’s disgusting. 1/29/24 Charlotte, I have emailed you three times without hearing anything other than, “you’ll hear from us.” Seems you’re not interested in feedback.

For the most part the experience was positive. Easy to make an appointment. Front desk staff was friendly and informative. I did not have to wait long before being examined. Lots and lots of dental xrays, very thorough. Friendly dental assistant. Areas for improvement: 1. This was my first visit, dentist never introduced himself so I don't know who was attending to me.

2. He asked about any problems I was having and we spent most of the visit relating to issues with TMJ. When he informed me at end I needed a crown, there was no discussion about how he came to that conclusion. I don't know if his recommendation was a replacement of a crown I already had or a new condition on another tooth, all he said was there were signs of a fracture. The next thing I know the front office came back with a chart of cost for the crown and guard to keep me from grinding my teeth. Not much in terms of communication. It would be helpful to have more information.

I started at the Piqua location, I moved and have been coming to the Huber location for a couple of years now. Staff is always professional and friendly. Facility is always clean. I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes before getting called back.

Always very thorough and pricing is better than most places I’ve been to in the past. It can be a little difficult getting appointments like most other dentists. I just book my cleanings a couple at a time.
