This place is… strange? lol. Pretty uncomfortable environment for a dental office. My first visit was an hour and a half and I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned.

I wish I was more informed that my cleaning would be a separate visit from the initial visit. They went over billing for a filling with me while I was in the dentist chair and made me sign even though I didn’t want it done? The person that did my X-rays was very sweet but didn’t seem to have much experience or proper training/resources.

My sister recommended Bright Now Dental. Have used them for four years, and am receiving excellent dental care. Front desk personnel, techs, hygienists, and dentists are great.

I have not been to a dentist in far to long, No insurance is mostly the reason. I made an appointment at the spokane Washington location on Division and I had THE BEST experience! Not many people enjoy going ti the dentist but, I had to have 11 teeth pulled on the top and I needed an immediate denture, I was not ready for dentures but it had to happen, I was worried about the denture looking fake, I was so nervous I was shaking, my dentist Dr. Shar is absolutely amazing! He is so kind and so understanding, He assured me I wouldn’t feel anything but pressure, he was not kidding, his assistant put a topical numbing on my gums (you are also amazing) before any shots were administered, I never felt any of the shots all all! Dr.

Shar finished my procedure in an hour!!!! And My face did not bruise at all! I didnt even realize it was done. This is now my permanent dentist! These guys are fantastic and all the staff is amazing! Very personable and really made me feel it was going to be ok. My denture is seriously beautiful! I chose color 1B and its perfect! I am adding a picture, its only been 9 days I do not regret getting this procedure at all! I am really grateful for the fantastic care I received.

I am 57 years old and this is the best my smile has ever looked 😁 Thank you so much Dr. Shar and staff!!!

If I could give them a minus I would. They take all your insurance money and their work is awful. I had $7000 insurance coverage last year. They used it all. And I also had to pay them more than $570 out of my pocket. They took all my teeth out, gave me upper dentures. That was in November of last year. I still have gagging problems. They forgot to take one of the pins out of my upper gums.

The bottom dentures didn't fit so they made me new ones but it took from November until April and they still don't fit. They hurt so much, I can't wear them. And now they have used all my insurance money for this year. When I told them the teeth still hurt, the dentist told me to wear them for awhile and if they still hurt to bring them back in. What kind of doctor does that. The bottom dentures hurt my gums so bad that they gave me blisters. I live in senior housing and several of the women here got their teeth pulled and both upper and lower dentures for less than $3500. Now they tell me I owe them more than $200. I called my insurance company and had them look at my bill and the insurance guy told me that I only owe them $58.

They're still billing me for $220. I don't trust them at all. Also, I told them the first time I saw them that I have fibromyalgia and having shots in my mouth before caused me to have pain for a full month afterwards. Obviously they didn't care because he used some kind of machine that gave me all the shots in less than 5 minutes. I'm really done dealing with them. I have no idea what I'm going to do.
