I had a terrible experience at this dental office. They repeatedly claimed they submitted my bill to my insurance, but it turns out they never did. It’s extremely frustrating to be misled like this. Their lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable.

I’ll be reporting their deceptive practices to the appropriate authorities. Patients deserve honesty and respect — not to be taken advantage of. Avoid this place!!!

CAUTION Be aware of this dentist office as they will bill you for treatments/procedures that you never had done. I went in for a regular visit and I denied a treatment but received a bill in the mail 4 months later for it and when I asked them about it, they said I received the treatment but I explained that I didn’t because I knew insurance wouldn’t cover it and when they reviewed the chart, they saw that I stated no and that the bill was an error and that they would remove the charge…3 months later I receive a second bill in the mail for the same amount and I called once again and they tell me it’s for something else I had done that day, but I looked over the bill and insurance covered it so I called back and said this bill wasn’t for that and I went through the same steps with them 3 months prior.

They said they would remove the charge and it took 3 weeks, 5 additional phone calls and a threat to report them for insurance fraud to finally confirm that the charge was removed.

I started to have the worst experience with this office. They used to do good years ago but I think the office management has been changed. They are short staffed and give appointments after months. The front desk people are so rude and hang up on you.

I literally had to call back 3 times today. Every time they picked up the phone, they immediately asked me to hold and then they hung up after a long wait. Their finance department has been missing up with my insurance for the past year they kept sending me balances for visits which the insurance confirmed it was paid. They also kept sending me balances for visits that the insurance never received any records of it.

When we spoke to the 2 managers, each one gave completely different statements with different explanation of what they see in their screen. They didn’t have any answer on why we keep receiving those balances by text and email and stated they couldn’t stop it even when the claims were not submitted appropriately to the insurance .

I highly recommend Brighter Dental. I was fortunate to meet with Dr. Sherri Salvatore and because of her expertise I am extremely pleased with my final results. She explained everything from start to finish. Her knowledge is beyond compare by far. She is friendly and makes you feel so comfortable.

Her assistant Grace is so awesome! The entire staff at the front desk are all very professional and wonderful. It's conveniently located at the North Brunswick Shops. Look no further. . . Brighter Dental in North Brunswick is by far the BEST around! I LOVE my smile and you'll love yours too and that's a guarantee!! :)
