Got 4 wisdom teeth deleted. Surgeon was very professional. Olga as the front desk manager and other personnel did everything for my convenience. Highly recommend

Dont go here!! Its been 5 days since my tooth was removed and i STILL can barley even speak or drink water from the amount of pain im in. Took forever to get an appointment because dr kept canceling. After finally getting an appointment (and paying almost 400$) to get my tooth removed, it was nothing short of the worst dental experience i ever had. Doctor applied numbing to my gums and instantly started injecting stuff into my gums and not allowing the numbness to settle (it hurt like hell!). The laughing gas wasnt actually pumping any gas.

Doctor didnt wait for the numbing injections to settle , he just went stright to ripping my toothout like hes on some sort of 5 min timelimit to do so. I felt the entire surgery. Doctor didnt care about about me telling him im feeling pain, he just argued with me saying "You dont feel anything" when in reality . . i did.

im not crazy. After surgery, i was bleeding and spitting blood for 2 days. The pain is so bad that for the last 5 days all i can think about is the pain. This doctor needs his license to be reevaluated & ill be reporting my full experience to the NYS Board of Dentistry.

I'm not sure why there are so many complaints—this office is very transparent about its processes. I had a great experience. I researched which oral surgeons were covered by my insurance and chose this office because it was the closest to me. From the start, they were clear and concise about their process and timeline. People who were charged for X-rays should check their insurance coverage and frequency limits beforehand. I saw Dr.

Brisman for a wisdom tooth consultation, and he thoroughly explained my condition, the procedure, and what to expect. He also answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. I'm glad I found this office and hope my insurance covers enough for me to proceed with Dr. Brisman. No complaints so far.
