This is the WORST dentist office I’ve ever stepped foot in. If I could leave zero stars I would. They are a rip off. They price gouge, and make up what work needs to be done. If you have the unfortunate need for dental care while on Medicaid they see that and want to do absolutely unnecessary work, and whatever they can so they get paid. This comes at the price of your teeth and trust in your dental care. I’ve had work done here, fillings fall out or are not properly done. I’ve had them start working on my UPPER when I had only consented for work on my LOWER. I’ve had the male dentist that I met for literally 2 seconds come in to essentially yell at me because at 22 I still had wisdom teeth and I work in an oral surgery office. Just because I work in an oral surgeons office does not mean I am going to get my teeth out for one reason or another, not that it was his business but I am not a good candidate for in office anesthesia due to my Cystic Fibrosis. He should not have come into the room, yelled at me and belittled me because at 22 I still had wisdom teeth in my mouth. Beyond unprofessional.

The staff is rude and not at all knowledgeable about what they’re doing. Most recently, I took my minor sibling for a cleaning & xrays. They waited till 20 min prior to her appointment to call & tell me that they no longer accepted her insurance. Okay fine she needed the cleaning so I paid for it ($185). We get there to check in, the receptionist is rude. I specifically say “hi I’m here to check in *patients name*, I am her SISTER, our mother could not make it to the appointment”. They proceed to let me check in and I fill out paperwork, only after everything is done they decide it’s a problem that I am here and our mother is not. Ultimately the issue was resolved, but it should have been handled from the get go, and I had stated that I was there as the adult. I told them she had a fractured tooth down to the gumline and it needed to be X-rayed and a referral for Oral Surgery, the dentist or hygienist, whoever she was said “she doesn’t have that tooth she must just be missing it” and then proceeded argue with me about it. They finally took the periapical Xray and lo and behold there were roots of #19 there, just like I had said. They are unprofessional. The two Russian (it seemed like based off of their accents and the other language they were speaking) assistants are clearly participating in extra curricular activities with each other as the girl was STARING me down and giving me dirty looks and trying to flirt with the male assistant, and weirdly touching him not in a professional way the whole time my minor sibling was being taken care of.

I was literally there to get my minor sisters teeth cleaned and X-rays. I was with my sibling watching, just wanted to make sure they weren’t doing other stuff to her teeth etc. It took them 3 tries to get a xray of the roots of #19. I had to repeat to the staff multiple times that she needed a cleaning and X-rays. They cleaned her teeth, the Lady comes back looks and says “no fluoride?” And I said yes we wanted the fluoride, was it not put on? The lady went and grabbed the person that did the cleaning, he came back in a pissy mood because he had to come back & finish the job he half assed. Again, rude and unprofessional. I hate this dental office. They are the worst. They are so rude! These are only a few of the encounters with them.

Okay i don't know where to even begin!!!!! And i still unfortunately have to go back to this office . . . .

a little over a year ago i had to get a tooth pulled and chose the option to get an implant around 4,000$ !!! The doctor (which is no longer there ) put the screws in and a temporary tooth , now went back a few weeks ago and got sized for the actual tooth and it seems to be like things are constantly being redone !!!!! Now after spending 4,000 and getting an implant this new doctor (which lied and said he was the Dr i was seeing before ) has to redo my implant because it didn't come out as he liked !!!! The most unprofessional office i have ever been to from the front desk to the dentist . When i expressed how upset i was they did nothing !!!!! All they want is ur $ everytime i go they tell me i owe more and more money. Do not go here !!!! I will be reporting this to the health department after my tooth i paid 4,000$ is done the correct way

This Dental Practice is the best! No joke. They took the time to explain in detail what procedures were needed. And took great care in performing those procedures while attending to my concerns and comfort. I highly recommend this practice to anyone wanting a better mouth and smile.
