OUTSTANDING. From start to finish, the attention and care that this practice provided me for an emergency visit says worlds about how they see patients. I received a call back immediately after filling out the online form. The office manager knew her stuff. She was patient and thorough and was able to schedule an appoint for the next day. The hygienist was enthusiastic, informative, and clearly felt respected by the doctor.

Meeting Dr. Alice almost brought me to tears. After spending years in the care of an overworked and outdated practice, her kindness and confidence was a relief. She is a POC mom who is a badass doctor who made me feel listened to, informed and well taken care of. I walked out smiling with a referral to possible have 2 teeth extracted! That says a lot. In all my life, I never received this kind of comprehensive dental exam.

I feel grateful and relieved to be in her care. They do not take my insurance- most no one does - but they offer a membership program that is extremely reasonable for the kind of care they provide. HIGHLY RECOMMEND without reservations.

Dr. Alice and her team are top notch. From the warm towel you get when being greeted to the personalized welcome screen when your in the treatment rooms. They have truly taken the discomfort of going to the dentist and provided a zenful atmosphere. The trick Dr Alice does to administer Novicane is so simple but effective.

I felt nothing. Thank you Mint Dental for providing such great care and customer service. You have renewed my faith in going to the dentist.

I feel so lucky I found Brooklyn Mint, Dr. Alice and the whole team. I had some teeth in rough shape and have always felt so comforted, accepted and cared for by everyone at Brooklyn Mint. Lety goes above and beyond and literally goes out of her way to make me feel at home when I come to visit.

She has also been an amazing advocate for me with insurance and helped me get back thousands from insurance from one procedure! Where else are you going to get that? Dr. Alice is the best. Outstanding dental work, no notes. She is able to explain things in excellent detail and always has time for my questions, while also being so personable and able to being some levity into any situation — a true professional!

Dr. Alice was amazing! She went above and beyond my expectations with helping me with my 3 year old son in a very difficult situation. She took the time to speak to me on her day off and even messaged me over the weekend. She helped calm me via messaging and over the phone. Dr. Alice allowed us to stop by for an in person visit free of charge just to reassure me that my son would be ok until he was able to see a dentist that took our insurance. We need more doctors like Dr.

Alice in this world. On another note, her facility is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Dr. Alice to patients of any age. Thank you again Dr. Alice!
