Dr. Patel provided great service: kind, patient, and extremely comforting. I was very satisified with my visit and I will definitely be going back! The staff was friendly and the operatory was very spacious and welcoming! Village Family Dentistry had a quick registration process due to their paperless system. Highly recommended! The office even had a play area for children!

Went here to establish care and get a cleaning in April 2024. Staff was pleasant, fine cleaning. The dentist nor hygienist discussed with me anything they found, areas of concern, etc. When I brought my night guard with me I was questioned why I'd even bring it, they would clean it but didn't care to see how it fit in my mouth. When checking out, I was flabbergasted to find I needed 7 cavities filled and would need two follow up appointments for them and here's the payment "care plan". I was stunned because I had zero tooth sensitivity, zero concerns and had been regularly seeing a dentist prior to moving to VA.

I made the appointment and then cancelled right away, listening to my gut. I asked for my entire, complete medical record multiple times and would only get piecemeal information. No notes, etc. First they just sent the "care plan" I already had. Then the X-rays and gum measurements when I expressly asked. I went for a second opinion just now that it's a new year and x-rays can be done again.

I have ZERO cavities. None. This dental office I just left was so pleasant and helpful, the doctor explained what he was doing/found, etc. He was shocked when I said my last dentist said I had 7 cavities. He said he found none, that some dentists treat more aggressively than others but that he's seen many pts for second opinions with a similar story to mine.

I had to take time to post a review. This is not something I usually do but, far to often the negative gets put out there and when you receive the level of care I did it deserves to be applauded. I recently moved here and this office was recommend by my children. I can see why. I had previous had horrible experiences at the dentist. It was very painful, there was no caring and it seemed to be driven by what was best for the bottom line not me as the patient.

This caused me to have extreme anxiety about going back to a dentist. I spent 2 hours this morning getting 2 crowns and a bridge prepped. It was amazing. A phrase I never thought would be uttered from me about a dentist! I've never had a dentist care so much about my well being. The level of compassion and happiness from the entire team is beyond words. Dr Patel took her time to keep me updated, check on me often throughout the process, even helped massage my jaw muscles that were sore.

She is the type of Denstist that others should strive to emulate with her compassion and approach. The entire team from the assistant and the incredible front desk put me at ease always and are a joy to be around. Im so grateful to them for there time and work. I will no longer shake when I need to go to the dentist again. Thank you all!

I had a dental emergency and used Google to find the closest dentist. The staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly! The receptionist guided me through a lot of information prior to coming in and that was very helpful! I actually think I’ll be going back for my annual teeth cleaning and other procedures. Dr.Patel was also very nice and professional.
