Visited here with Dr. Strauss and then Dr. Hann both were wonderful dentists who deeply care about their patients. They regularly update and maintain equipment and are highly skilled. So why the one star review? Deeply saddened we had to discontinue our relationship with them due to a poor cancelation policy. The written verbiage explicitly states "Unless we receive a notification of cancelation 48 hours in advance, you will be charged $200.

" This is an unusually high cancelation fee and allows for no exceptions as written. When asked, the front office worker said they make exceptions. How can I trust an office that has a paper agreement and a verbal one that contradicts? If they make exceptions, why isn't that included in the financial agreement? I was refused service because I was unwilling to agree to new contract. I writing this hoping existing customers will let the dentist know and they will update the agreement accordingly so we can return.

Advanced Dental Care has been my provider since 1995. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Han is professional, efficient, and extremely focused on making the patient feel comfortable as well as providing excellent care.

My first appointment….very impressed. The staff is kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional. A big thanks to Dr. Han for taking care of a very painful tooth before the snow storm hit on 2/19. I will definitely be returning. No need to look further. They checked all the boxes.

I am a long-time patient of Dr. J. Han, although today was the first time I saw him in a very long time. I haven't always been an easy patient to deal with, but Dr. Han is a kind and forgiving man. He takes his time with his patients. When you see him, it is not rushed like so many other doctors.

I have deep rooted long standing fears of dentists, but Dr. Han and his staff always put me at ease with their soft, gentle tone and always checking to ensure I am not in pain or uncomfortable in any way. The office mirrors a spa, and the ladies at the front desk are polite and professional. I am a stay at home mom and don't get out much, but I have to say the highlight of my day was my trip to the dentist office. Either I led a very sad life, or they are doing a super job. I think it's the latter.
