I really like this location even though sometimes is hard to find parking. The pediatrician that responded to my daughter is always nice and careful. However the front desk lady’s sometimes are rude and have a hard manner when you do not know how everything works. Their staff needs to improve for real.

You can tell right away how professional they are according to how they drive things to you, very disappointing. If you are looking for good doctors just forget about the staff.

I would neverrrrrrr go here again… Didn’t even get to see the doctor because the lady that makes the appointments and check you in was rudeee and was no help so I left before seeing the doctor because she said I had to change my doctor before being seen when I already asked for my doctor when I made my appointment… Said they going to bill me for the visit when I didn’t even get seen by the doctor….

Crazy very unprofessional would not recommend…

Dr. Santos my favorite Dentist 🦷 in the whole wide world and his assistant Dawn Holton are good at what they do I love them both they the only ones who can go into this mouth 👄 and pull some teeth 🦷 out I want to give u guys a 20 star ⭐️ rating but they only allow 5 they both need a raise in their pay 💰 love y guys to the moon in back

The staff was very unhelpful and they had all a poor attitude. I tried to make an appointment months ago and they told me I didn’t need one, then I go to the clinic and they said they provider didn’t have time to see me but because I just needed a physical filled out from the previous i got 2 months ago for school so they tell me I didn’t need an appointment and they will reach out to me and give me my results. So I wait for 2 weeks and Im calling constantly to get new information about my paperwork and they just tell me they will reach out when they get the paperwork done.

Now I go today and tell me I needed an appointment all along and don’t have the time to take me today or next week, the only time they have available is for afternoon and I explain I have work the only thing they can do for me is “don’t go to work and come here” Its disappointing when I been reaching out for weeks, I tried to make appointments and now all of sudden I get a different answer of what I should’ve done. This clinic needs to properly train this staff and if you’re gonna be unhelpful at least have compassion for people. Its so infuriating that I have been patient and understanding with this facility and all I get in return is bad attitude and not even try to help help me and acting like it’s been my fault and I should have known they needed an appointment.

If you have to come here because you have no option, be prepared for disappointment and staff with an attitude.
