If you're going to this place, be prepared to be there all day. You might be the first to arrive, but they'll pass on their acquaintances. I had my appointment at 10, and I wasn't able to see my doctor until 2 p.m. I don't recommend it.

So upon going to another dentist/ endontist after going to Canarsie family dentistry my wife was informed that they only had to extract 1 tooth. The endontist there said they needed to extract 3 teeth. They were willing to take out 3 teeth. The actual dentist we saw for a second opinion asked, why were they going to take out 3 teeth when they only needed to remove 1. Well l guess they were getting paid for extractions so they wanted to get as much as they could from our insurance company. . . .

SMH! The unprofessional con-artist of an endontist & the financial scammer were really out to get us at Canarsie Family Dentistry. Their major objective was not to provide a honest service, but to have us take out a loan for their financial gain. It's a shame that people come into the neighborhood they're suppose to serve & take advantage of their patrons. The Better Business Bureau should start looking into these shady characters. . .

It’s impossible to reach this office. This office doesn’t even deserve 1 star because what they are doing is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. You have to call them at least 10 times for them to pick up one call, after they pick up, they will take down a message for someone to call you back but they never call back. Plus if they pick the call, they would hold your call forever and then hang up. Second, I paid all the money for the Invisalign, months passed and I still waiting for my second tray to arrive which they don’t even keep you update and the only time when they did after calling them several times which I already lost count, they finally told me it would be ready next week, I called today and the guy said he would transfer me to the manager. No one pick my call so I call back again but then no one picks up the phone which is really normal for this office. I am not even mentioning the waiting period when you visit the office.

They could make you wait for hours before calling your name. Conclusion, your time my time and the customer time means shit or nothing to them. If it’s the first or second time doing this, it is still acceptable, but all the freaking time they always do this which is a waste of time. If you gonna visit this place, be ready to stay there at least haft of your day. All they care is about charging you extra from out of pocket. Even my insurance cover some. At the beginning, they said my insurance cover it, but then later, they said that my insurance doesn’t cover it, and they stop accepting my insurance after I start being a patient there for a while.

I still did some of the work and pay out of pocket cuz I need it to be done. I don’t care to pay as long as they have my things done, but they don’t even pick up the phone so how we gonna be keeping in contact for some simple things and they never keep you posted. ! If it’s not because I already paid all the Invisalign set. I would not be coming here because it’s a Total waste of time. Completely ridiculous

This was my third visit. It took approximately two hours to be seen. The waiting area was hot. I arrived almost twenty minutes before the scheduled appointment time, but I was not seen until two hours later. The staff consistently called clients who had arrived after me. Last visit also had to wait over an hour.
