I came in today for an emergency wisdom tooth surgery. I was rushed and treated like scum of the earth. The dentist was incredibly rude and felt like she didn't know what she was doing as she continued to stab the roof of my mouth. I was told prior to beginning the procedure that I would need to pay $65 which I said okay.

After they numbed my entire mouth up they came back in to tell me I would now have to pay $146. It was an extremely deceptive practice. When I voiced my concern, the dentist began to verbally attack me blaming me for having an emergency. It was an overall nasty experience and I will never return and no one else should go here

I was so please with Dr Ali and her staff. I felt very comfortable with her she made sure I understood what was going on, answered all my questions and was very helpful when I needed help with the paperwork, if I had to put together a thousand words it wouldn’t be enough good words to describe Dr Ali and her staff. I will recommend her to anyone looking for a good dentist.

I had an excellent visit here! Highly recommend. I came in for a teeth cleaning also needed new impressions of my retainers both top and bottom. The staff was great, they also offer shadowing opportunities for VCU dentistry students to observed which I thought was awesome.

The one thing I liked is that they asked if it was okay for a student to observe which I was more than okay with:) they also were very transparent with pricing they reviewed my insurance week in advance, and let me know the prices of what my insurance was covering. Overall wonderful experience experience and highly recommend the level of care I got was great and they offered great tips for me to ensure I’m taking good care of my teeth !

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Ali. I had a tooth pulled and felt no pain at all during the procedure. I also just finished my deep cleaning and scaling, and my gums feel so much better now. Dr.

Ali is excellent at making you feel comfortable and takes the time to clearly explain everything. Her staff is amazing as well. I truly appreciate her gentle approach and professionalism. Highly recommend!
