If I could leave a review without putting a star I would. This dentist is ripping people off. They ripped me off. They put a temporary crown in my mouth and it finally fell out a year later.
During the year I called and called asking where my permanent crown was and they said its not in the office and they will call me back. They never returned my call each time I called they said the same thing over and over again and never returned my call. Then when the temporary crown fell out they got me back that afternoon and told me my tooth wasn't able to save and the tooth behind it was my wisdom tooth and it needed to be pulled too. So they stated they would credit the money that I paid out of pocket for my permanent crown to do the extractions.
Then the next week I came to do extractions they numbed my mouth and then came back and stated they couldn't credit the money because it's been over a year but thTHEYRE the reason why I never got my crown. HIGHLY recommend not going to this company because they are money hungry and will pull teeth that don't need to be pulled. I went to a knew dentist and they stated I don't have to have my teeth pulled so even if they credited my money they would of pulled teeth for no reason!! This place sucks better watch out THIS IS A WARNING STAY CLEAR!

Before making my first appointment I read the reviews and almost didn't go there. But it was the only place at the time that accepted my insurance and was taking new patients. I'm so glad now that I went. I love love love the receptionist. 8 love the dental assistants. And I love the dentist. 8 had to have a lot of work done considering I hadn't been to the dentist in 15 years. They made me feel welcome.
They explain every step they are doing. They ask multiple times if I'm ok. I have never felt pain while having work done. I have never gotten an infection after having work done. The equipment is state of the art. They spare no expense for safety and comfort. I saw reviews that said they never answer the phone but I have called 3 times and they answered every time.

***** TERRIBLE DENTIST**** they do not care about your pain or suffering!! I told them when I called I was having serious tooth pain. They wanted to schedule me for a cleaning, to get x-rays and formulate a treatment plan. I went my appointment was at 11am. I was there 2 hours just for x-rays for the dentist to say you need to have the tooth pulled. I explained to them the pain had been excruciating and that I had been taking lots of Ibuprofen and it wasn’t touching the pain. She still only wrote a prescription for ibprofern.
I explained how much pain I had been in and they acted like they didn’t care. Dentist said she would go back and check to “see what she could prescribe” but left me waiting 45 more minutes with no update. I finally left because it’s clear they are do NOT care. I wasted 3 hours at this dentist. Please save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

My experience at this dental office is unlike anything I’ve ever encountered as an adult. Yesterday marked my second visit, and unfortunately, both visits left me unsettled—except for one shining light, Shadel (I apologize if I’m misspelling her name). During my first visit, I had a difficult experience. The doctor never introduced themselves to me—not once. Even during my second visit, I still don’t know their name. They spoke about me to the dental assistant but never to me directly. It’s an incredibly unsettling feeling to hear someone discuss your prognosis and treatment while acting as if you’re not in the room. What made this experience bearable was Shadel.
She was truly God-sent. I was scared, nervous, and even crying because I hadn’t had dental care in 4–5 years due to mental health and insurance challenges. The fear of the unknown was overwhelming. But Shadel held my hand, reassured me, and made me feel like I wasn’t alone. She was calming, kind, and compassionate—an absolute blessing. She took the time to explain things, made sure I was comfortable during x-rays, and encouraged me, reminding me that I was taking control of my dental health. If it weren’t for Shadel and her kindness, I don’t know if I would have made it through this experience. She is the definition of excellent customer service, human decency, and grace.
On the other hand, the doctor’s cold and impersonal approach was disappointing. To add to the strangeness, this is the first dental office I’ve visited where I wasn’t given floss or a toothbrush after my visit. I don’t know if this is their standard practice or if Medicaid patients receive different treatment, but it left me with questions. To anyone considering this office, I strongly encourage you to read all reviews and do your research before making a decision. However, I want to give the highest praise to Shadel—she is an irreplaceable part of this office and deserves all the recognition in the world. Again, I apologize if I’m misspelling her name, but she truly made a difference in my experience.
