When I say, I am not a fan of dentist appointments…. I am NOT! I went in for a root canal to a tooth that suffered trauma. Due to some blood pressure issues, I was unable to get the anesthesia that numbs everything; however, Dr. Rachel presented an alternative local anesthetic and was so kind. She was thorough.

She kept complementing how well I did during the procedure. Afterwards, she explained the “whys” and “what ifs” to me. I left there feeling a lot better than what I thought it would be. Dr. Rachel and her staff are awesome and so kind!

My dentist referred me to have a root canal done. Scheduling was over a month out, but an opening became available the same day, and they got me in. Dr. Rachel Matthews is incredible! I've never had such a pleasant experience anywhere as I did with her. She did a fantastic job, and it was quick and painless! I hope never to need a root canal again, but if I do, there's no one else I'd rather have it done with.

A few reviews mention issues with the office staff, but that was not my experience. Every person I talked to was so friendly and helpful, especially Lori, who I spoke to on the phone and after my procedure was complete. I highly recommend this office and highly recommend Dr. Rachel Matthews!

Before any appointments with a new office & new doctor I do my researching. I was nervous to get treatment here based off of the VERY FEW negative reviews on here but as Mrs. Lori said today “yay you graduated” with a huge smile. 😊 it was definitely a long road to get to today & everything was done so well. I absolutely loved every single staff member here & may I add who are all in the dental field being hygienist, assistant or doctor. . 🤭 These procedures are not cheap and not all insurance companies cover majority of the procedures with being a specialty facility. I medically needed a new implant to prevent future damage.

Teeth shift with nothing around there… It makes sense. . . duh. Not at anytime being treated for the implant did I ever feel this being a marketing scam. The healing was excruciating the first few days but I am a wimp, with a low pain tolerance. Overall it was pleasant and life changing thing for me from being in pain for so long and not knowing why. Everything that wasn’t covered by insurance for me was WELL WORTH the money!!!!! I am in no longer in any pain from a rejected root canal, or an infection so deep in my jaw that was mistaken for TMJ to needing a bone graft and implant.

I don’t know of any dental offices (Endodontics/perio is NOT a dental office…) that do 3D X-rays but they show all the proof you need! I never received any bills or paid additional fees that wasn’t discussed (IN PRIVATE) on a very detailed treatment plan which included all prices from start to finish that i signed consent to. Thank you Dr. Chad, Lori, Megan & Katie for taking care of me and for accommodating the appointments. I feel night and day difference - so much better. I truly appreciate you all. -DeAnna.

Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I went to get a root canal here so they numbed me and I sat there waiting for them to come back. Around 30 minutes had passed when someone finally came back and they said they forgot about me so they had to numb me again. During the procedure they did not ask me how I was doing. I was also in pain during it when I shouldn’t have been.

Then it was also out of network which they did not let me know beforehand even though I provided my insurance information. Later on I did what they instructed me to do which was to go back to my dentist and get a permanent filling. Well now a few years later I had an infection on the same root, so I had to have another root canal done (did not go back to this place of course) and after talking to medical professionals about this they said it is most likely due to not being prescribed any antibiotics by the endodontist the first time I had it done. So basically I have to now pay for this second root canal because of this horrible place. Thank god this second endodontist I went to prescribed me antibiotics unlike these endodontists.

Everyone else I have talked to who has had root canals done has had antibiotics prescribed. FYI I got married since then which is why you cannot find me as a patient. I figured you would give me a discount, but I would rather go somewhere else than be put through all that anxiety again.
